Jaggi just isn't that dangerous. At that size it can't hit you except for it'southward hip check and the occasional leap. So basically yous change your internet settings in your 3DS to match the IP and Port number the programme gives you, elevate the .mib files or create new ones from scratch and edit them to make custom quests, once done you click save, then tick the box nether host (this will tell the programme to host the file on it's server) then open your 3DS get to DLC and download the quest similar you would normally. NOTE: when you salvage or export the file make sure they're saved in the correct encryption for your game The states/EU works merely fine, but sometimes I take accidentally clicked JP or Unecrypted.. I used the method to download me the japanese DLC, even the DLC they don't take still like Hero's Seal, Recruitment posters and the GX Cherry-red Fatalis. It works on your digital/physical copies of MH4U and you can host these quests online if your roommates are okay with you doing so. Note: once the quests are downloaded, salve and then turn off the proxy in the cyberspace settings and the program, otherwise information technology's hard to become back online on 4U with the proxy running.
